Blue Hammer Homes – The Ellis Ridge

The details matter. This Signal Mountain home was designed to nestle into the trees on the sloped one-acre lot and to feature classic, craftsman-inspired architecture. It feels like it belongs. At just over 3,000 square feet with three to four bedrooms and three and a hall baths, it lives well for today’s family or empty-nesters in that “not too big, not too small” range. Built-ins in the kitchen and laundry room provide tremendous function with great aesthetics. Other details complete the classic appearance, including multi-piece trim in lieu of standard casing around windows and doors, tall wainscoting in the dining room, and a clawfoot tub in the master bath. And as with all other Blue Hammer homes, 2×6 exterior walls and other energy saving measures are incorporated into the design.
