Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Barr Hill barrel-aged gin

1/2 oz. Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur

2 fresh lemon wedges

Splash of soda water

 

Directions

In a shaker, combine gin and ginger liqueur. Squeeze lemons into shaker. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer
  • Rocks glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ oz Barr-Hill barrel-aged gin
  • ½ oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
  • 2 fresh lemon wedges
  • Splash of soda water

For garnish:

  • 1 sprig rosemary

Instructions
 

  • In a shaker, combine gin and ginger liqueur. Squeeze lemons into shaker.
  • Shake well and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
  • Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
