Located in a century-old home, this kitchen is brimming with traditional details that pay homage to its historic character while also incorporating modern amenities. Striking turquoise cabinetry and layered crown molding draw the eye and give the kitchen contemporary flair. A custom range hood blends seamlessly into the design, flanked by counter cabinets whose glacier glass mullion doors give a glimpse of the dishware displayed within. Sporting the same bold color, an island provides counter space and two distinct seating areas. Countless cabinetry customizations maximize storage space, most notably the wall of cherry wood cabinetry framing the entrance to the kitchen, which comes complete with a sliding ladder for easy access to items stored up above. Distinct details such as an exposed brick accent wall and archway complete the design and add rustic charm.
