This elegant kitchen was thoughtfully designed to honor the traditional character of the home while introducing modern conveniences and elevated finishes. A large, custom-built range hood creates a focal point, featuring a Venetian plaster finish and arched silhouette that frames the cooking area alongside a pair of elegant sconces. On either side, tall, hickory-stained display cabinets showcase serveware and décor. The rest of the room’s cabinetry, from the perimeter to the spacious island, is awash in warm, neutral paint, which is perfectly paired with classic hardware and coordinating barstools. The cabinets extend to the ceiling, maximizing storage, while paneled appliances maintain a clean, cohesive look. Stunning natural stone comprises the countertops and full-height backsplash and complements the kitchen’s color palette. A charming, intricate wallpaper adds visual interest to the room’s solid-colored surfaces and provides the perfect finishing touch.
