Farmhouse Flair

Gray-brown cabinets line the perimeter of the space, and a hammered copper farmhouse sink gives the kitchen flair. White subway tile lends a clean, classic look to the backsplash, and hammered copper insert tiles above the sink tie the room’s elements together. The diamond-shaped island consists of maple wood in a complementary shade of gray, and the built-in range and pot filler make this an ideal spot for meal creation. Leathered Sequoia granite countertops throughout the room give a punch of color, and the laminated surface on the island lends a more massive look to the edge detail. A set of display cabinets hangs above the island, creating visual interest and allowing for Edison bulb light fixtures to illuminate the surface.
