Daringly Decadent

Inspired by an heirloom dining suite, this dining room is designed in 18th century English-traditional styling. The antique American Chippendale dining table is from circa 1750 and epitomizes the exquisite carvings from that time period. The antique carved mahogany chairs were made in Chippendale style in England circa 1830. Custom, traditional crown molding and chair railing pair with the ornate furniture and curated gold-toned accents to create a luxuriant space for entertaining. A green and gold color scheme was employed to highlight the home’s natural surroundings, and the window treatments in a rich green and gold fabric enhance the windows without hiding the beauty outside. A window seat situated between the custom built-ins adds seating for leisurely enjoyment of the view. The walls are faux finished in shades of green, while traditional oil paintings in custom, gold decorative frames adorn the walls. The table is graced by an elegant china pattern and heirloom stemware.
