Dining Area: Contemporary Artistry

Dining Areas

Photography by Jess Harris/Creative Revolver

The focal point of this room is the stunning light fixture that acts as a work of art. The metal spines reflect the light, emphasizing the sunburst effect of the fixture and setting the tone for the rest of the room. The sleek lines are continued in modern dining chairs with neutral upholstery and wood sides that complement the wood sunburst-topped inlay dining table perfectly. The window treatments are another focus of the room and they work to seemingly center the sizable window with motorized skyline shades and side panel drapes. A modern line pattern on the drapes mimics the style of the light fixture and coordinates with the rug’s abstract design. The room is
anchored at one end with two matching curio cabinets and a spacious pantry hidden by five panel glass sliding doors at the other. Rounding out the space is the soft, cool-toned modern art on the wall and the silver candle centerpiece, exhibiting a commitment to contemporary art at every turn.
