Dining Areas

Nature is on full display in this dining room with a bank of windows framed in rough, hand-cut wood trim in a dark ebony stain. The thresholds are accompanied by dark gray floor-length drapes that are striking against the calming Gossamer Veil walls. The other side of the dining area features an accent wall that brings the outdoors in with birchwood wallpaper. Layered on top is a moody photo of a stallion, adding a sense of drama to the otherwise airy space which is open to both the kitchen and living room. These rustic elements are balanced by a simple, modern dining table surrounded by black barrel-back dining chairs and two cream upholstered chairs at the ends for a polished look. Contemporary lighting further elevates the décor and complements the warm gold of the wood-like sculpture at the center of the table, creating an overall cohesive aesthetic.
