Eclectic Comfort

Designed as a retreat for golfers, this open-concept living area blends comfort and class. Rich, warm colors play off each other in harmonizing shades to create a contemporary yet cozy atmosphere. The wall colors range from soft gold behind the lovely watercolor golfer paintings to a deeper golden hue behind the fireplace to accent the stacked-stone surround. A deep brick red serves as a dramatic accent wall for the dining nook. A mix of furniture, quality-made on solid wood frames secured with eight-way hand ties, provides multiple seating options as well as a varied, eclectic feel. A tight-backed sectional creates a neat appearance while still providing relaxation with a chaise lounge on one end. A modern wingback chair in a rich paisley pattern plays off the retro velvet-tufted chair next to it. A leather recliner further reinforces the theme of merging form and function, while thoughtfully placed lighting in contemporary forms completes the look.
