When it comes to crafting cocktails, you don’t have to make something extravagant for it to be delicious. With a list of ingredients you can count on one hand, these local establishments have offered up everything from classic creations to laudable libations that prove sometimes less really is more.

Ingredients

2 oz. allspice and pear-infused Gate 11 vodka

1/2 oz. Grand Marnier

1/4 oz. lemon juice

 

Directions

To create the infused vodka, place 2 Tbsp. organic allspice and 2 sliced organic pears in a jar with 1 bottle of Gate 11 vodka and let sit for 7 days. To create the cocktail, add all ingredients to a mixing glass along with some ice and stir to combine. Strain into a martini glass.

Equipment

  • Jar
  • Mixing glass
  • Strainer
  • Martini glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz allspice and pear-infused Gate 11 vodka
  • ½ oz Grand Marnier

For allspice and pear-infused vodka:

  • 1 bottle Gate 11 vodka
  • 2 tbsp organic allspice
  • 2 organic pears, sliced
