Find the Perfect Look for Game Day

It’s football time, and you know what that means— screaming fans, tailgating, incessant score-checking, family schisms, and of course, making sure you’ve got the right garb to show your team pride. Anyone caught in a shade somewhere between Vols and Auburn orange can tell you that fashion matters, even in football. Here, ten local college students representing five schools model the latest fall fashions, perfect for all the festivities that accompany the football season.

University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

MaryClair McDonald from Dayton, Tenn., is a graduate of Tennessee Christian Preparatory School and a sophomore at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. A Baylor School graduate, Chuck Hudson from North Chattanooga is a junior at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Sarah Anderson and Davis Mastin

University of Georgia

A McCallie School graduate, Davis Mastin from Signal Mountain is a junior at the University of Georgia. Davis’s Southern Tide vintage chinos in khaki and his Skipjack polo in “varsity red” are from Yacoubian Tailors. His Flipjack sandals in “RiverRock” are also from Yacoubian Tailors.

Sarah Anderson from Lookout Mountain is a graduate of Notre Dame and a sophomore at the University of Georgia. Sarah’s red and black dress by J’envie is from Anna Ball White. Her Joseph Ribkoff black leggings are paired with black “P-Heaven” ballet flats by Steve Madden.

Katherine Johnson and Tim Ballard

The University of Tennessee – Knoxville

Katherine Johnson from Harrison, Tenn., is a graduate of Boyd-Buchanan School and a sophomore at The University of Tennessee— Knoxville. Katherine’s silk batwing crossover top by Poleci and super skinny jeans by Henry & Belle are from Frankie and Julian’s. Her orange ombre scarf by Alina Braun and Matisse leather wedge sandals are also from Frankie and Julian’s.

A graduate of Silverdale Baptist Academy, Tim Ballard from Harrison, Tenn., is a senior at The University of Tennessee—Knoxville. Tim’s Peter Millar twill cotton shorts and Peter Millar orange Tennessee polo are from the collegiate collection at Bruce Baird & Co.

Renee Prochazka and Chase Beard

Auburn University

Chase Beard from Soddy-Daisy is a graduate of Baylor School and a freshman at Auburn University. Chase’s navy blue pants by Peter Millar and autumn plaid sport shirt in “coral blaze” by Southern Tide are from Yacoubian Tailors. His Southern Tide belt and Flipjack sandals in “Dock” are also from Yacoubian Tailors.

A graduate of Notre Dame High School, Renee Prochazka from Ooltewah, Tenn., is a sophomore at Auburn University. Renee’s navy sweater by Sanctuary Clothing and white “Oslo” jeans from Mih are from K: A Boutique by Katherine Roberts. Her orange scarf by Love Quotes is also from K.

Rachel Felton and Bradley Conner

University of Alabama

A GPS graduate, Rachel Felton from Hixson is a freshman at the University of Alabama. Her Hutch back surplice sleeveless top in “stone” and her Little Bit Country Cord pants by Mother in “Rosebud” are from Alice Blue. Her Vita Fede bracelet, graphite necklace and TKEES glosses flip-flops in “licorice” are also from Alice Blue.

Bradley Conner is a graduate of Signal Mountain High School and a sophomore at The University of Alabama. Bradley’s Peter Millar pima cotton pants in stone and Peter Millar red and white striped Alabama shirt are from the collegiate collection at Bruce Baird & Co.
