“Quality ingredients are the best way to ensure a great pizza. At Honey Seed, we are very particular about the ingredients we use, from our 00 Unbromated Flour we use to make our dough to the finishing touches like our Rum Orgeat Syrup on our Mai Tai Pizza, or our signature Seeded Honey, made with raw, local honey from Harrison Bay farms that you can add to your crust.” – Erick Wood

  • 4 oz. Bacardi Gold rum
  • 2 oz. Gran Gala orange liqueur
  • 2 oz. orgeat
  • 2 oz. agave syrup

  • To make the rum orgeat syrup, begin by pouring the rum, Gran Gala, and orgeat into a cold saucepan, and place on the stove. Tilt the pan, and carefully light the mixture on fire.
  • While it is cooking, jiggle the pan sporadically to ensure all the alcohol cooks out of the syrup.
  • Once the flames die down and go out, add in the agave syrup. Reduce by a third and cool.
