Honey-Sriracha Wing Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup honey
1 cup Sriracha
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 cups cold butter, cubed
Directions
Bring honey and Sriracha to a simmer. Make a slurry with soy sauce, lime juice, and cornstarch. Add slurry to honey Sriracha mixture and simmer while whisking until thickened. Remove from heat and whisk in cold butter a little at a time until fully incorporated. Toss cooked chicken wings in sauce and top with fresh chopped cilantro.

“This sauce is simple to make but packed with flavor. It is the perfect combination of spicy and sweet with just the right amount of stickiness to coat the wings. We have customers who request this sauce on our fried chicken sandwich, but it is also a great glaze for fish like grilled salmon.” – Troy Sutton, Operating Partner
