J. Patrick Neuhoff, Architect – Country, Estate and Family Compound

A wrought-iron gate and a fantastic circular drive lead to this modern, yet historical home. Sitting on nine tree-lined acres, the estate includes a heated pool and swim spa complemented by an outdoor kitchen, a tennis court, and a guest home. The main level of the principal home is open and inviting, with a rear wall of windows and French doors opening to the remarkable outdoor living and pool area. There are two master suites on the main level, allowing for ample space for family living as well as for accommodating guests. A beautifully designed, primary master suite was created with privacy and luxury in mind and offers a cedar-lined walk-in closet, a jetted tub, and a private entrance to the pool area. The upstairs level consists of two additional bedrooms and a study. In total, 7,200 square feet of living area make up the 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms – abundant space to meet every need. The architect designed the main house for passive solar energy efficiency.
