The French Provincial style collides with the American Tudor style in this brick home built by Waldrep Construction, LLC. Situated on a hillside, overlooking the river, the home’s quintessential brick exterior, steep roof with multiple gables, soft arches, and overall charming, rustic details perfectly represent the two styles. “The main goal for this project was to execute the building of this home to fit its very tight building area on a uniquely shaped corner lot,” says builder Larry Waldrep. “From the exterior color palette to the architectural siding details with 45-degree corners, large overhangs with curved rafter tails, and detailed wood support brackets, I really love how it turned out.”
