Mid-Century Masterpiece

In this fresh and inviting living room, color, mixed metals, and a touch of glamour are used to create a well-balanced mid-century aesthetic. A fabulous retro console table, which was the inspiration behind this room, is framed by welcoming seating that boasts visual interest. The sofa, in a linen-look deep charcoal fabric, features alluring curves and works to anchor the right side of the room. In front of the window, two leather chairs with trademark mid-century clean lines convey a subtle retro glamour with shag throw pillows and brass brads. The coffee table carries strong mid-century features with straight lines, brass metal legs and accents, two-tiers of surfaces from both wood and glass, and a clean, round shape. Color plays an essential role in this room as lively artwork and bright orange gourd-shaped lamps add a pop of vibrance and drama.
