Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tsp. black pepper, freshly cracked
  • 1 Tbsp. shallots, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a small container or serving vessel.
  • Whisk together and serve cold over oysters.
