A graceful sloped roof, rustic shutters, and painted white brick give this 2,800-square-foot home instant curb appeal. Walking through the gorgeous wooden round-top front door, visitors enter the true heart of the home and face a full wall of windows for maximum views of the backyard’s picturesque poolscape. Here, two back-to-back living spaces feature a stacked-stone fireplace, custom built-in shelving, and wood-look tile flooring for a durable yet attractive finish. Round wrought-iron light fixtures in this space and the adjoining dining area add an industrial touch to the otherwise minimalistic design. The main living spaces flow into an open-concept kitchen that is outfitted with stainless-steel appliances and an apron-front sink. In the center of the room, an infinity-edge island offers an uninterrupted visual, its gray veining complementing the gray cabinetry for a cohesive look. The massive floor plan is complete with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached three-car garage.
