New Blue Construction and JCC Design Studios partnered to set the direction for the project. The open and comfortable interior space transitions effortlessly to an outdoor living area, which features custom hardscape, an outdoor kitchen, and a handcrafted Douglas fir trellis. New Blue Construction created the custom casework (teak in the outdoors; a wood-and-steel engagement inside), executed the trim details, and built the custom trellis and a striking banquette and bar. Finishing touches include a custom walnut table with steel inlay fabricated in New Blue Construction’s Southside woodshop. This Enclave addition is the result of a true collaboration of thoughtful architecture, a passionate client, and New Blue craftsmanship.
