Between the decorations and gatherings with friends and family, it’s hard not to feel joyous during those special times of year … and then there’s the food and drinks – festive and tasty tokens that take the celebration to a whole new level. Here, area establishments share several show-stopping cocktails so that you too can impress guests with your cheerful creations.

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz. tequila
  • 0.5 oz. pomegranate liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. ginger liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 4-6 mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a shaker, and muddle the mint.
  • Add ice to shaker and shake about 20 times.
  • Pour into rocks glass over ice and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 0.75 oz. PostModern Spirits Giniferous Gin
  • 0.25 oz. finocchietto liqueur
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz. blackberry syrup
  • 2 blackberries
  • Sparkling wine

Instructions
 

  • Add gin, finocchietto liqueur, lemon juice, and blackberry syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and two blackberries.
  • Shake vigorously for 8 seconds to combine.
  • Double strain into a coupe glass and top with champagne before expressing a lemon peel over the drink’s surface.
  • Slide a blackberry onto a sprig of rosemary and gently rest on the rim for garnish.
