Short on effort yet big on flavor, sheet pan meals are the perfect weeknight dinner solution. Just one baking sheet holds your main course and accompanying sides, and your oven does the rest! The best part of all? Cleanup is a breeze, which means more time spent with the ones you love most.

What follows is a foolproof recipe that the whole family will adore.

Shrimp & Sausage Sheet Pan Bake

Serves: 6

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Ib. baby Creamer potatoes
  • 3 ears corn, each cut crosswise into 4 pieces
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Ib. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 small package smoked sausage, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Coat baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook potatoes and corn about 10 minutes; drain.
  3. In a small bowl, combine butter, parsley, and Old Bay Seasoning.
  4. Place potatoes, corn, shrimp, and sausage in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Coat with butter mixture.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque and vegetables tender.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
