Scarlet Spritz – Simple Cocktail Recipe

When it comes to crafting cocktails, you don’t have to make something extravagant for it to be delicious. Ingredients

1 oz. Gate 11 Infame Absinthe Blanche

1 oz. house-made berry syrup

1/4 oz. lime juice

Grapefruit soda, for topping

 

Directions

Add absinthe, berry syrup, and lime juice to a highball glass. Stir to combine. Top with a splash of grapefruit soda and stir once more. Garnish with a lime wheel and skewered black cherries.

  • Highball glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Gate 11 Infame Absinthe Blanche
  • 1 oz house-made berry syrup
  • ¼ oz lime juice
  • Grapefruit soda, for topping

For garnish:

  • 1 lime wheel
  • 3 black cherries, skewered

Instructions
 

  • Add absinthe, berry syrup, and lime juice to a highball glass. Stir to combine.
