When it comes to crafting cocktails, you don’t have to make something extravagant for it to be delicious. With a list of ingredients you can count on one hand, these local establishments have offered up everything from classic creations to laudable libations that prove sometimes less really is more.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Código 1530 blanco tequila

1/2 oz. Ancho Reyes ancho chile liqueur

1/4 oz. fresh lime juice

1 oz. TANG passion fruit

 

Directions

Place 1 Tbsp. of boba pearls in an empty rocks glass. In a shaker, add tequila, ancho chili liqueur, lime juice, and TANG. Shake and strain into rocks glass. Add ice and garnish with a floating lime wheel.

Equipment

  • Rocks glass
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ oz Código 1530 blanco tequila
  • ½ oz Ancho Reyes ancho chile liqueur 
  • ¼ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz TANG passion fruit

For garnish:

  • 1 tbsp boba pearls
  • 1 lime wheel

Instructions
 

  • Place 1 Tbsp. of boba pearls in an empty rocks glass.
  • In a shaker, add tequila, ancho chili liqueur, lime juice, and TANG. Shake and strain into rocks glass.
  • Add ice and garnish with a floating lime wheel.
