Sloe Peach

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. sloe gin
  • ½ oz. peach syrup
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • Egg white
  • Soda water

Directions

Combine all ingredients except soda water in a cocktail shaker and dry shake to combine. Add ice and shake once more to chill. Strain into a Collins glass or Champagne flute and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon or lime wedge.

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Collins glass or Champagne flute

Ingredients
  

For drink:

  • 1 ½ oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. sloe gin
  • ½ oz. peach syrup
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • Egg white
  • Soda water

For garnish:

  • 1 lemon or lime wedge

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except soda water in a cocktail shaker and dry shake to combine.
  • Add ice and shake once more to chill.
  • Strain into a Collins glass or Champagne flute and top with soda water.
  • Garnish with lemon or lime wedge.
