Southern Star – Slow-Smoked BBQ Pork

The BBQ pork (pictured above) from Southern Star is slow-smoked for 16 hours with homemade rub. The mouthwatering entrée pictured here is paired with hand-cut French fries (the best!) and fresh, local corn salad, with basil, oil and vinegar, red pepper and red onion.

Sugar’s – BBQ Chicken Flatbread

The BBQ chicken flatbread from Sugar’s tequila bar menu is light and fresh—a great alternative to Sugar’s more hearty fare. Thin crust from house-made dough is drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkled with sea salt, and topped with fresh ingredients, including BBQ rotisserie chicken, mozzarella, grilled sweet onion, tomatoes, roasted corn and cilantro. The whole shebang is finished off in a 1,000 degree wood-fired oven behind the tequila bar.

Sticky Fingers – Ribs & Chicken

The “Ribs & Chicken” combo from Sticky Fingers is nothing short of “fall-off-the-bone” delicious. Choose between hickory smoked chicken, grilled chicken or crispy chicken tenders to go along with Sticky Finger’s award winning hickory-smoked ribs. Ribs are decked out with one of five signature Sticky Fingers sauces, ranging from the sweet “Carolina” to the spicy “Habañero Hot.” Combo includes two of 14 side options.

Taco Mamacita – Memphis Nachos

Inspired by Michael and Taylor Monen’s love for BBQ, the Memphis Nachos throws a Bluff City spin on the classic nacho appetizer. A bed of tortilla chips is topped with smoked pork, queso, diced white onions, Monteray jack cheese, chopped dill pickles, jalapeño corn slaw, dry rub seasoning and barbecue sauce. Southern BBQ meets Southwest.

Zaxby’s – Jumbo Buffalo Wings

Available in 5, 10 and 20 pieces, Zaxby’s popular jumbo buffalo wings are fried to perfection and then smothered in one of nine different sauces, ranging from the classic Buffalo and hot honey mustard to “sweet & spicy,” a mix of citrus, ginger and red chili pepper. Choose between traditional wings and boneless wings, both served with celery and ranch. The flavors? Indescribably good.
