Spacious & Accommodating

Over 4,700 square feet and outdoor spaces can accommodate up to 300 people. With clean lines and a chic industrial vibe, even at capacity your guests won’t feel crowded. Rentals include 20 tables, 100 chairs, three portable bars, another three serving tables, a sound system with a mic, three flat screens, and Apple TV for effortless, interchangeable entertainment options.

The Peyton includes 6,000 square feet of urban warehouse space, offering a truly unique look and feel for your event. Two large roll-up doors lead to the outdoor patio, which sparkles with bistro lights and a stunning view of Lookout Mountain.

Amenities Galore

Custom-made farm tables, wooden cross-back chairs, rustic bars, and elegant draping are just a few of the highlights included in every rental. Additionally, round tables, serving tables, seating areas, and a sound system are provided for your convenience. Free parking is available on-site.

Exclusive Catering Options

Allow one of The Peyton’s six exclusive caterers to customize a delicious menu for your special event. Each caterer can provide event staffing and bartenders to help ease the planning process.

Optional Overnight Accommodations

When renting The Peyton, you have the option of adding on The Suite on Broad – located directly behind the venue. The Suite is the perfect space for a VIP reception before an event or a dressing area for bridal parties. It can also be rented for overnight accommodations for up to 12 guests.

A Storied History

Completed in 1913, the James County Courthouse was only used for a few years before the county was dissolved. Decades later, the treasured building was purchased and given a new direction – the Mountain Oaks venue. This space now regularly holds holiday gatherings, weddings, luncheons, and other special events.
