Spiced Yogurt Marinade

Servings 4 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp. dry garam masala mix Hello Monty makes a proprietary blend, but you can find a jar in the grocery spice aisle
  • 2/3 cup ginger, minced
  • 1/3 cup garlic, minced
  • 6 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 6 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Aji-No-Moto
  • 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
  • 1 1/3 cups sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  • Lather chicken generously and marinate uncovered in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
