Taleggio Flatbread With Black Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • Flour, for dusting
  • 1 10-oz. ball of pizza dough, room temperature
  • 2-3 oz. Taleggio cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped or shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450° with a pizza stone on the rack.
  • Mix the chopped black truffle with the truffle oil, and set aside.
  • Lightly flour a pizza peel. Then stretch out pizza dough into an oval shape, and place on peel. Top with Taleggio cubes and mozzarella.
  • Slide onto the stone, and bake at 450° for about 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and just started to brown.
  • Remove from oven, and cut into rectangles. Top with a little of the truffle mixture on each slice. Enjoy!
