Textured Refinement

Kitchens.TexturedRefinement.2

Natural hues and classic styling define the pastoral elegance of this contemporary kitchen. Custom cabinetry was crafted from hickory wood, chosen for its texture, and completed by an opaque taupe paint with a slight umber glaze. Hand-carved corbels support a mantel-style vent hood, and acanthus leaf pulls adorn the cabinets on the back of the island. Granite countertops and a glazed ceramic backsplash, featuring hand-molded tiles, perfectly complement the earthy tones of the room while adding additional layers of texture. Designed around the island for efficient use of space, this kitchen boasts two large pantry cabinets with eight pullouts inside and a classic butler’s pantry with glass-front cabinets.
