Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Angus beef patty
  • 1 slice pepper jack cheese
  • 2 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 Niedlov’s hamburger bun
  • Lettuce, sliced
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Tomato, sliced
  • 1 scoop of Taco Mamacita house-made guacamole 
  • Urban Stack house-made chipotle aioli

Directions

Grill Angus beef patty to your preferred temperature. Add pepper jack cheese to top while cooking. Fry bacon in a separate pan until crispy. Add lettuce, red onion, and tomato to the bottom half of the bun, then place the cooked patty and bacon on top. Place a scoop of guacamole on the cheesy patty and top with a drizzle of chipotle aioli and the rest of the bun.

Instructions

  • Place a scoop of guacamole on the cheesy patty and top with a drizzle of chipotle aioli and the rest of the bun.
