A hub for family gatherings, this open-concept living area puts emphasis on comfort over formality. The expansive tongue-and-groove vaulted ceiling that commands the room is sure to turn heads, and its casual elegance establishes a homey atmosphere. At the heart of the room sits a heathered chenille sofa, which grounds the space with its size, softness, and color; meanwhile, the sofa’s matching ottoman provides the perfect place to kick up your heels. Paired with two saddle leather swivel chairs, the furniture set maintains the room’s welcoming vibe. Velvet pillows and a textured throw on the ottoman add an instant dose of cozy while also complementing the surrounding décor, which includes greenery of varying shapes and sizes – helping breathe life into the space. On the wall behind the couch, a set of botanical prints pops against the neutral paint color and brings yet another organic, inviting element to the living area.
