Waters-Holland – English Craftsman

Combining English Craftsman and Tudor architectural styles, Waters-Holland and local architect, Laurel Powell, purposefully created a unique home that blends effortlessly into the landscape and well-aged neighborhood. Details such as window size and placement helped to create both interesting and dramatic elevations from multiple street perspectives. Eaves with extended overhangs and exposed rafter tails were strategically used to achieve specific aesthetic goals. Overall, Waters-Holland and their team of professionals resolved the obstacles facing this challenging home site through creative design without compromising the function and enjoyment for the young family that resides here.
