On April 29th, the local chapter of the American Lung Association will host its 29th Annual Women of Distinction Awards Luncheon, celebrating the lives and work of 12 local women who have distinguished themselves within their family, career and community. This year’s recipients were announced at a preview party on December 3rd at Henderson Hutcherson and McCullough, PLLC . All proceeds from the luncheon go to funding medical research, advocacy, and education for the American Lung Association.
