Youthful Approachability

Custom Kitchen

A deep appreciation for 1920s-style English Tudor homes served as a launch point for this clean and inviting kitchen, perfect for a growing young family. Raw, white oak flooring runs lengthwise, stretching the space and keeping it youthful and bright. An almost-eight-foot island centers the space, a delightful gathering area for larger events or family touchpoints throughout the day. Atop the island is a custom-cut gray and white marble slab imported from Italy. The surrounding chairs, both single- and double-wide, add a modern touch. Above the island resides the room’s focal point – an iron lantern, also the first-purchased design element for the space. Along the walls, stainless-steel appliances nestle seamlessly into the custom white cabinetry designed with approachability in mind, and an eat-in breakfast nook completes the space.
