Finely chop the onion in a food processor. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chili sauce, horseradish, and a couple dashes of hot sauce. Process until just mixed.
Sprinkle shrimp with Old Bay, then add to the food processor and pulse a few times to keep the shrimp in large chunks.
Chill 2-3 hours before serving. Serve cold.
