Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Gate 11 Infame Absinthe Blanche
  • 1 oz house-made berry syrup
  • ¼ oz lime juice
  • Grapefruit soda, for topping

For garnish:

  • 1 lime wheel
  • 3 black cherries, skewered

Instructions
 

  • Add absinthe, berry syrup, and lime juice to a highball glass. Stir to combine.
  • Top with a splash of grapefruit soda and stir once more.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and skewered black cherries.
