Ingredients
- 2 oz allspice and pear-infused Gate 11 vodka
- ½ oz Grand Marnier
- ¼ oz lemon juice
For allspice and pear-infused vodka:
- 1 bottle Gate 11 vodka
- 2 tbsp organic allspice
- 2 organic pears, sliced
Instructions
- To create the infused vodka, place 2 Tbsp. organic allspice and 2 sliced organic pears in a jar with 1 bottle of Gate 11 vodka and let sit for 7 days.
- To create the cocktail, add all ingredients to a mixing glass along with some ice and stir to combine.
- Strain into a martini glass.
