Instructions
Bring honey and Sriracha to a simmer.
Make a slurry with soy sauce, lime juice, and cornstarch. Add slurry to honey Sriracha mixture and simmer while whisking until thickened.
Remove from heat and whisk in cold butter a little at a time until fully incorporated.
Toss cooked chicken wings in sauce and top with fresh chopped cilantro.
