Cajun shrimp and sausage bake with corn and potatoes

- 1 lb baby Creamer potatoes
- 3 ears corn, each cut cross-wise into 4 pieces
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 small package smoked sausage, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Preheat oven to 400°. Coat baking sheet with non-stick spray.
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook potatoes and corn about 10 minutes; drain.
In a small bowl, combine butter, parsley, and Old Bay Seasoning.
Place potatoes, corn, shrimp, and sausage in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Coat with butter mixture.
Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque and vegetables tender.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
