Niedlov's whole wheat burger bun

Dijon mustard

Duke's mayonnaise

Gruyère cheese

onions, caramelized

MSM house bacon, cooked

Instructions
Season the ground beef liberally with salt and black pepper.
Form a patty and grill, marking both sides. Cook until juicy and medium.
Spread butter on both cut sides of the bun and toast on the grill.
Spread Dijon on the top bun and mayonnaise on the bottom.
While the patty is still on the grill, top with Gruyère, hot caramelized onions, and bacon.
Place the burger patty with toppings on the bottom bun.
Add pickles and top with the other bun.
