The Holy Guacamole Burger

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz. Angus beef patty
  • 1 slice pepepr jack cheese
  • 2 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 Niedlov's hamburger bun
  • Lettuce, sliced
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Tomato, sliced
  • 1 scoop of Taco Mamacita house-made guacamole
  • Urban Stack house-made chipotle aioli

Instructions
 

  • Grill Angus beef patty to your preferred temperature.
  • Add pepper jack cheese to top while cooking.
  • Fry bacon in a separate pan until crispy.
  • Add lettuce, red onion, and tomato to the bottom half of the bun, then place the cooked patty and bacon on top.
  • Place a scoop of guacamole on the cheesy patty and top with a drizzle of chipotle aioli and the rest of the bun.
