Sloe Peach Cocktail
Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- Cocktail strainer
- Collins glass or Champagne flute
Ingredients
For drink:
- 1 ½ oz. vodka
- 1 oz. sloe gin
- ½ oz. peach syrup
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. lime juice
- Egg white
- Soda water
For garnish:
- 1 lemon or lime wedge
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except soda water in a cocktail shaker and dry shake to combine.
- Add ice and shake once more to chill.
- Strain into a Collins glass or Champagne flute and top with soda water.
- Garnish with lemon or lime wedge.
