Japanese fish cakes
Green onion, to taste
Chili flakes, to taste
Instructions
Cook udon noodles according to the instructions, then set aside.
In a pot, add the water and dashi stock and bring to a boil.
While the stock is boiling, add the shrimp, white fish, scallops, and Japanese fish cakes. Cook until the seafood is almost cooked through.
Add the udon noodles to the stock and cook for 30 seconds, then turn off the heat.
Garnish with green onions and chili flakes.
