  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Coupe Glass

Ingredients
  

For drink:

  • 1 oz. gin
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • 1 oz. blueberry rhubarb compote
  • Sparkling wine

For garnish:

  • 1 lemon twist

Instructions
 

  • Add gin, lemon juice, and compote to a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
  • Strain into a coupe glass and top with sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist.
