Blend tomato, red pepper, ancho peppers, guajillo peppers, onion, garlic, bay leaves, thyme, saffron, achiote, and pineapple juice until smooth, then pour into a large mixing bowl.
Over medium heat, pan-fry sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds in lard until the seeds are golden brown, then pour the contents of the pan into the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the pepper mixture back into the blender with the seed mixture and blend until incorporated.
