Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 2 graham cracker pie shells

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Beat eggs, sugar, flour, butter, vanilla, and salt.
  • Mix with a whisk thoroughly.
  • Blend in buttermilk.
  • Pour mixture into two 8-inch pie shells.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until pies are golden brown.
  • Check to make sure a toothpick comes out clean.
