Weapon of Choice Bowl

Ingredients
  

For the citrus marinate:

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil

For the bowl:

  • 4 oz. pulled pork, cooked
  • 5 oz. ramen noodles, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. chili oil
  • 1/3 cup citrus marinade
  • 1 large pinch ninja herbs chopped cilantro, basil, mint
  • 1 small pinch salt
  • pickled carrot, to taste
  • pickled red onion, to taste
  • green onion, to taste
  • Shichimi Togarashi, to taste

Instructions
 

For the citrus marinade:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Set aside

For the bowl:

  • Heat up pulled pork, and add citrus marinade to taste but reserve at least 1/3 cup.
  • Cook ramen noodles until tender, then strain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine chili oil and ⅓ cup citrus marinade.
  • Add noodles, Ninja Herbs, and salt, then stir to coat noodles.
  • Place noodles in your entrée bowl, followed by pork, pickled carrots, and pickled onions.
  • Garnish with chopped green onion, Ninja Herbs, and Shichimi Togarashi seasoning.
