For the citrus marinate:
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
For the bowl:
- 4 oz. pulled pork, cooked
- 5 oz. ramen noodles, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. chili oil
- 1/3 cup citrus marinade
- 1 large pinch ninja herbs chopped cilantro, basil, mint
- 1 small pinch salt
- pickled carrot, to taste
- pickled red onion, to taste
- green onion, to taste
- Shichimi Togarashi, to taste
For the bowl:
Heat up pulled pork, and add citrus marinade to taste but reserve at least 1/3 cup.
Cook ramen noodles until tender, then strain and set aside.
In a bowl, combine chili oil and ⅓ cup citrus marinade.
Add noodles, Ninja Herbs, and salt, then stir to coat noodles.
Place noodles in your entrée bowl, followed by pork, pickled carrots, and pickled onions.
Garnish with chopped green onion, Ninja Herbs, and Shichimi Togarashi seasoning.
