Add 8 oz. of liquid chai concentrate and 5 oz. of gold turbinado or demerara sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring regularly.
Reduce heat and allow to cool.
This will make enough syrup for several cocktails.
For the cocktail:
This cocktail can be enjoyed hot or cold.
To enjoy hot, combine whiskeys, nocino, and chai reduction.
Warm via your preferred method and serve in a mug.
To enjoy cold, add whiskeys and nocino to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to combine.
Strain into a coupe glass. Dry shake (without ice) an egg white and chai reduction and strain on top of existing mixture.
Garnish with a cinnamon tincture.
