To create the white layer, add ½ cup of ice, pineapple juice, and coconut cream to a blender and blend until smooth.
For the blue layer, combine remaining ½ cup of ice, blue curaçao, and rum to a blender and blend until smooth.
To serve, roll the rim of a hurricane glass in corn syrup followed by coconut flakes, and layer blue and white mixtures for desired effect.
Garnish by adding whipped cream, blue rock candy, and a blue sour belt strip.
