Tortilla chips, sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, and cilantro, for topping (optional)
Instructions
In a large skillet, sauté onion for 2 minutes. Add the ground beef, and brown the meat.
Drain browned ground beef and onion to remove the excess fat. Add ground beef mixture and all other ingredients (do not drain corn or black beans) to the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings.
